USTA Adult 18+ 2026 - Summer 2026

The USTA Adult 18 & Over league offers men's and women's NTRP levels 2.5 - 5.0 and Open. Teams can advance as far as Nationals in this league, with the exception of the Open level, which has advancement as far as Sectionals.

Players must be at least 18 years old as of December 31 during the year of competition to be eligible to participate.

The 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5 NTRP levels will play two (2) singles matches and three (3) doubles matches per weekly team match.

The 2.5 and 5.0 NTRP levels play one (1) singles match and two (2) doubles matches per weekly team match.

The Open level will play one (1) singles and (1) doubles.

USTA Adult 55+ 2026 - Summer 2026

The USTA Adult 55 & Over league (formerly known as USTA Super Senior) offers men's and women's combined NTRP levels 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0. Teams can advance as far as Nationals in this league.

Players are allowed to play on up to two teams (must be in different levels). Players must be at least 55 years old as of December 31 during the year of competition to be eligible to participate.

The NTRP difference between members of an individual doubles team may not exceed 1.0 (i.e. in the 8.0 level, a 3.0 cannot play with a 5.0). There is also a minimum NTRP level for combined leagues.

USTA Mixed 18+ 2026 - Summer 2026

The format for the USTA Mixed 18 & Over league is three (3) mixed doubles matches per weekly team match. The levels are combined NTRP levels totaling 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0.

Players are allowed to play on up to two teams (must be in different levels).

USTA Trio 2026 - Summer 2026

The format for the Trio league is men's and women's NTRP levels 2.5 - 4.5. This league is designed to be a "warm up" league, so the season will consist of 4-5 weeks of matches. Matches DO NOT count toward NTRP ratings. Depending on the numbers of teams, incomplete round robins may be used, so teams could play some of the other teams in their flight more than once. Teams from this league do not advance beyond the regular season.

Men's and Women's Divisions: There is one (1) singles match and two (2) doubles matches per weekly team match.

Tennis In-House Winter 2026 - Winter 2026

South Suburban Tennis offers leagues during the winter months. These leagues provide a unique match-play environment with 24-games no-ad scoring throughout the session. One (1) doubles team is needed each week. After match play we welcome players to socialize at our Centennial Bar and Grill located inside the tennis facility. Matches will be played weekly, with the possibility of some byes due to number of teams and/or sanctioned tournaments.

SSIA Adult Spring 1 Pickleball League - Spring I 2026

South Suburban offers Pickleball Leagues at Cornerstone Park, Lone Tree and the South Suburban Ice Arena (converted to tennis/pickleball). Come join us for fun on the courts! See our website, ssprd.org/pickleball, for all Pickleball information. 

Winter leagues that are 6 - 7 weeks long (dependent on Holidays) may or may not have a playoff if there is a week 7. Programming and time restraints for that will be decided by the league coordinator and reflected in the online schedule. 

Youth Spring Volleyball - Spring 2026

For beginner and intermediate levels, boys and girls, learn volleyball basics and practice fundamentals through this team-oriented league where equal play is emphasized.

The 2nd-4th grade, 5th/6th grade, and 7th/8th grade will play in our in-house league at South Suburban against other South Suburban teams. High School teams will play in the CARA (Colorado Association of Recreation Athletics) league, against teams in the Denver-Metro Area, at various Denver-Metro Recreation Centers, unless we receive enough teams to play in-house at South Suburban.

Youth Summer Little Sluggers - June - Summer 2026

Don't miss out on this opportunity to introduce your little one to T-ball. Little Sluggers is designed for kids ages 3 & 4. Sessions will be 50 minutes long - the first 25 minutes will be practice, followed by a 25 minute scrimmage game. Players will need to bring a glove, batting helmet, and athletic shoes. Each participant will receive a MLB hat!

Lacrosse league, team sign up only for Boys and Girls 7th grade through High School.

Dust off the bat and get in the game this spring. Season consists of 6 games plus playoffs for top 5 teams in each division. Multiple divisions and locations available.

Men's Rec - Our least competitive division. Great for new teams or teams that simply want a fun league. No upper level players

Men's E - Great division for teams who want to up the competition, but are not quite ready for an Open League. 

D-Open - Most competitive division. No beginner players please!! 

Coed D - Competitive Coed

Coed E Recreational Coed leagues.

Get out and enjoy our beautiful Colorado weather, playing flag football!

Non-contact league, open to Boys & Girls, grades Kindergarten through 8th.

Youth Spring Lacrosse - Stampede Lacrosse - Spring 2026

South Suburban Stampede Lacrosse teams play in the Arapahoe Youth League (AYL). Divisions are created by experience/skill level within the grade. Participants of all skill levels will have great opportunity to learn the game of lacrosse in a environment that promotes teamwork, fun, and sportsmanship.

Teams will play 8 regular season games across the Metro Denver area. Games primarily are played on Saturdays and the occasional Sunday. Home games are played at David A. Lorenz Regional Park. Most away games will be played in the Metro Denver area, however it is possible to have an away game as far North as Boulder, or as far South at Colorado Springs.

All players are required to purchase a Stampede (black & orange) uniform that includes jersey and shorts. Stampede  upgraded to NEW uniforms in 2024. If you DO NOT have a jersey from 2024 or 2025 you will need to purchase one for the spring 2026 season. Or if you do not fit in the uniform from last year you can purchase a new size.
