This is a Sunday men's 8 v 8 flag football league. Each team plays 9 regular season games , plus a guaranteed playoff spot. We play on a 88 x 44 yard synthetic turf indoor flag football field.

Same colored shirts, numbers are preferred, each team is required to provide their own "triple threat" flag football belts.- Can I play on multiple teams:
Yes, only if you are helping a team out however, it must be "ok'ed" by the opposing team manager.- When are rosters due:
Rosters are do one week after the season. Sunday, February 23rd
