Youth Fall Volleyball CARA - Fall 2021

A program supported by the Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA). For beginner and intermediate levels, boys and girls, learn volleyball basics and practice fundamentals through this team oriented league where equal play is emphasized.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I hear from a coach?: Within a week of registration ending. No later than August 21st.

When do practices begin?: Practices can begin the week of August 23rd.

When & where are practices?: Practices will be held once or twice per week - **location, day, & time to be determined by the coach**

When are the games?: There are 3 Saturday, all-day tournaments that each team will participate. **Dates of games to be determined by the coach.**

When & where is the coaches meeting?: When: Wednesday, August 18th, 6PM Where: Sports Complex, 4810 East County Line Road

When will the game schedule be posted?: You will find out the game schedule the week that you are scheduled to play. The 3 game schedule will be posted to your Team's Homesite 2 weeks before games begin.

When do games start?: The game schedule will be posted by September 8th.

Where are the games played?: Games will be played at various recreation centers in the Denver Metro Area.

Do I need to purchase a team shirt?: You do not need to purchase a team shirt. Your registration fee covers the cost of one shirt for your child.

How do I request a certain coach?: There is a spot on the registration form to type in the coach request. In most cases, we can assign your child to that team if that coach is returning & if the do not already have a full roster.

How do I request a specific friend?: There is a spot on the registration form to type in your child's friend request. We do our best to accommodate all friend requests based on roster availability.

When are team shirts passed out?: Coaches will receive their entire roster & their team shirts and will pass them out to players at the first practice or game.

Can a participant play up or down?: Players are allowed to play up a grade division but not down.
